Any quotation issued by Comfax Systems is based on the requirements you share and is valid for the period stated in that quotation. Final pricing, specifications, and lead times are confirmed in a written project agreement before production begins.

Comfax Systems coordinates procurement from independent Chinese manufacturers. Product warranties, when applicable, are provided by the respective manufacturer and are subject to their terms.

Payment terms, delivery schedules, and Incoterms are agreed on a per-project basis. Risk and title transfer according to the Incoterm specified in the project agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comfax Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or its services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh.
